Withdrawal

The following right of withdrawal does not assert when the ordered goods are used for commercial purposes or self-employment.

Cancellation policy according to § 355 paragraph 2 German Civil Code - Right of Withdrawal
You can revoke your declaration of intent to conclude the contract without stating reasons in writing, e. g. letter or e-mail or by returning the goods. The deadline starts at the earliest on receipt of this instruction. Sending the revocation or the goods within the time limit shall be sufficient to amount to compliance to the revocation period.
The cancellation should be sent to:
COOLTÚRE Fashion - Amalienstr. A 23 - 86633 Neuburg/Do - E-Mail: coolture.r.eberwein@t-online.de

Consequences of the withdrawal
In the case of an effective withdrawal both parties have to return all received services and compensate any services. If you can not send back the received services completely, partly or only in bad condition, you may have to compensate any reduction in value.

Apart from that you can avoid the duty of paying compensation for the value if you do not use the products as your own and avoid everything which could have an influence on the value of the product. Parcels of goods which are able to be despatched are to be returned. You have to bear the cost of the return, if the supplied commodity corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the thing which can be sent back does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you did not furnish the return or a contractually agreed upon partial payment with a higher price of the thing at the point in time of the revocation yet. Otherwise the return for you is free. You have to fulfil obligations for the recompense of payments within 30 days after sending your notice of withdrawal.

Exceptions
If there is not decided another policy, the right of withdrawal does not assert with contract to supply the goods, which are client-specification, clearly custom-designed, not suitable for a return consignment due to its kind, perishable or overrun its use-by date.
